He listens, gives realistic options, speaks in terms I understand, he's relatable and patient. Most of all he makes me feel heard and that he cares. I never feel like I'm just another patient.

Approached my problem in a conservative fashion which was appreciated. And provided reasonable next steps. I left the visit with my questions answered and felt I had a better understanding of my spinal disc issue. Now I just have get this problem resolved.
