Melissa and her team are absolutely wonderful. A recent diagnosis has changed my entire aspect on life and what my new "norm" is. Melissa was a kind, well informed, and empathic ear during it all. She was open to me doing my own research on certain courses of treatment, which made me feel I had some control of this situation. The front office team who checks me in and out always had a smile, and always asked if there was anything else they can help me with, regardless if there was a long line of patients. Melissa and her team are very responsive to Mychart messages. I could talk all day about how amazing Melissa is.
