Dr. Kraft is attentive, caring, thorough, and personable. He’s very good at explaining whatever your medical situation is and answering questions in way that a layperson can understand. I feel Dr Kraft is interested in my current as well as long term health.

Dr. Bazavan went above and beyond with my care during my admission to Lake Forest Hospital in [month, year], he was literally available 24/7 and didn't get much sleep if any with my constant heart problems each night between 1am to 3 am. I've never seen so many scared doctors/interns/nurses who do not know what to do, thank God for Dr. Bazavan always being available for consultation during all hours of the night and for being able to take charge and make difficult decisions and take such great care of me. Dr. Bazavan is also not afraid to speak his mind or educate fellow health care professionals when they take bad care of patients. One nurse in particular refused to believe my blood pressure was so low and believed that the machine was wrong and rather than contact Dr. Bazavan she spent several hours getting another blood pressure cuff and then manually taking my blood pressure and then having another two nurses then the ER doc take my blood pressure manually, all with the same or lower results, lol. I could tell when Dr. Bazavan arrive he was upset that I was being treated so poorly and left in a semi-unconscious state for hours for no reason other than the nurse thinking she is somehow more knowledgeable than a proven medical device like a blood pressure monitor. Dr Bazavan took my blood pressure himself and then it was as low or lower than expected and then he very diplomatically let the nurse know that he did not appreciate not being contacted while his patient was in danger for hours with extremely low BP. Dr. Bazavan had me moved to Intensive Care and I left the care of that nurse (or honestly, total lack of care from that nurse) within 20 minutes Dr. Bazavan arranged to have me moved to ICU for better care and observation. Dr. Bazavan is a great man and teacher and doctor and I was blessed to be under his care. He was always there for me and always offered positive words of encouragement and challenged me to rethink my health/life. I don't think I'd be here if it was not for Dr. Bazavan, he 100% helped me recover from heart failure. I have had some additional health setbacks with being diagnosed with [condition] after my heart failure, but I'm positive I'll be in the best health of my life once my [specified] chemotherapy is completed and then I have some energy to put into practice all of the wisdom Dr. Bazavan shared with me. Lake Forest Hospital is very fortunate to have Dr. Bazavan as a cardiologist and so am I!
