I loved that she asked me a lot about my health history. She explained step by step everything. Her discharge papers reiterated everything we talked about. She is the very first provider that Ive encountered with NM that actually wrote down everything of what we did & what I needed to do in the future. I like this because a lot of the times, when Im in a doctors office, I understand everything but once I leave, I may not retained everything that I was told.
