Dr. Russo takes time and doesn't rush through the appointment. She is very thorough. The gel injection was done with accompanying ultrasound to insure that the gel was delivered to the correct location in my knee.

She was kind, spent time asking questions and listening to me, reviewed my medical records, answered my questions, gave me options, showed me great respect and was thorough in the exam. She reviewed our conversation, gave me resources, asked for my input, gave me suggestions and provided a clear summary of the appointment. If I coul give a a 25 out of 10, I would. I left there feeling seen, heard and cared for.
