She was kind, spent time asking questions and listening to me, reviewed my medical records, answered my questions, gave me options, showed me great respect and was thorough in the exam. She reviewed our conversation, gave me resources, asked for my input, gave me suggestions and provided a clear summary of the appointment. If I coul give a a 25 out of 10, I would. I left there feeling seen, heard and cared for.

I was with NM Endocrinology before my then insurance wouldn't assist in paying. I appreciate how professional Wendy Sue Tokarz, APRN, CNP was and how thoroughly she handled everything. Doctor Pick even found a moment to say hi and ask how I am doing. Very professional with a personal touch.

Wendy, the Nurse Practitioner took plenty of time with me to get everything correct and updated properly. She ordered blood work ahead of my next visits, sent in Rx to my pharmacy and said she’d be available if needed.

Easy to understand her explanation Very cooperative to solve my problem especially about my insulin for diabetic situation .. . She verified and check all my records since this is my second time to see her . Very easy to understand her explanation for whatever inquiries I had.

She is so fantastic. Great bedside manner, answers questions, asks questions. Spent time with us to reassure us. Very kind and professional. Best experience so far during this high risk pregnancy and felt like she actually cared.

Wendy was very pleasant and knowledgeable and took plenty time to make sure I understood what she was saying. I am not use to some one to take time to monitor my diabetes and not just pushing me threw the office to get to the next person.
