You just feel like you're talking to a friend when interacting with him. I could tell he wanted what was best for me, I could tell he has passion for what he does, and while this doesn't have any positive or negative affect on the quality of care, I loved his cat patterned doctors cap.

My son was in a lot of pain (broken finger) and even though there were patients ahead of us she took the time to run and and give him Motrin as he was crying so much because of the pain. She took the time to explain the break and what our next steps should be. She was kind and patient in what I assume was a busy night for her.
