As written above, he knew right away exactly what the issue was, and took plenty of time explaining it. He introduced himself to both myself and my daughter when he came in, and listened to her questions and concerns. He spent plenty of time with us, even though we were the last patients of the night. After we left, my daughter and I both said how much we liked him.
