Sandra was very kind, through, patient, and informative. My daughter is shy/ quiet and Sandra made her feel very comfortable by not pressuring her to answer right away. I asked about going to school tomorrow and she felt rest and fluids would be best and especially since we didn’t have panel of viruses back for a day or two. She made us feel very welcome.

Dr. Hasanat, that my 9 year old son and I had seen today, was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. My son and I absolutely loved her!! I hope we don’t get sick again anytime soon.. lol, but it would be nice if we could see her again next time we come to Northwestern immediate care in Orland.
