Dr on the phone had already reviewed my file, was familiar with my previous incidents of sinus infections as well as the history of what had been prescribed. She ordered a Zpac while still on the phone that I was able to pick up on my way home: a miracle! She was also sympathetic & kind.

Dr.Wong was so amazing! She has incredible bedside manner, walked me through what she was going to do/what our options were and explained WHY - which I often feel like most doctors don’t do. They were really busy and wait times were long but I never once felt like I was being rushed in and out or that my concerns/questions weren’t being addressed.
