Nneka is by far the best practitioner I have ever seen at this clinic. She was thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. She explained my care completely and ensured I knew exactly what I had to do now, but she also took the time to explain what to look out for in the future to ensure I knew when to escalate, if necessary. I have walked out of this clinic having received care instructions haphazardly or en route to another room and not documented in my discharge notes. Not this time. This was an exceptional experience. I hope she stays at this clinic!!! I feel so well taken care of.

I never thought I’d love a doctor for my kids as much as I love Dr. Miller (also from Northwestern). Dr. Jennifer far exceeded any expectations I walked in with. So cute and fun with my kids, made them (and me) feel safe. The most important quality is that I felt like she actually listened and believed me; that is not common nowadays. I would love her as my PCP.
