I felt like Cynthia truly was advocating for my best interests in efforts to minimize further issues. Cynthia was thorough and provided a detailed explanation of my situation, was a good listener, took the time to understand where I’m at, and clearly communicated the next steps with an emphasis of taking a cautious approach to give time to heal and hopefully still be able to run the Chicago Marathon in October.
