She was very nice, easy to talk to but she never explained why I didn’t need an X-ray. ( I came in with lower back pain). I had been at the Glenview clinic first but their X-ray machines were not working so they sent me to Deerfield so I could have an X-ray done.

Dr. Cruz was wonderful! Once I was in the exam room, he was prompt, friendly and clear about what was wrong and what to do to feel better. I felt the entire office was kind while I was feeling quite miserable.
