I have been sick for two weeks with symptoms that indicated the possibility of RSV flu or COVID-19 but at the age of [larger number] for me could also indicate that something else was going on inside my body. The doctor explained the procedure we were going to have done at the facility, and, listen to my concerns related to me as human being who understood why I would have my concerns and did her best to ease my anxiety. She said if I have further needs that have to be addressed. She shared with me that if I needed more from the results of the test, to feel free to come back to the facility and have them done there. She made me feel good
