The women there were very kind and supportive. They made the whole experience so pleasant! The woman who checked me in guided me through registration. She was warm and kind. The technician Amber who took my vitals was very lovely and kind and patient and nice. I felt very supported. The woman PA, Sheen was lovely. She took time with me and answered questions and administered the tests and explained the results, and I felt very safe and comforted and supported by her. Overall, when I left, I felt so grateful that I had gone there and been seen so easily and treated and tested and everything was explained. It was a really good experience. And I understood my diagnosis which set my mind at rest.
