I already have recommended her. My experience with her was wonderful and I have several friends who have been looking for a doctor whom they know I trust - I have already recommended her to some of those individuals and will continue to do so.

My own Dr. was not available to talk to and Dr. Gupta was available. She was punctual with a call and very professional , caring and competent. I would be happy to meet her !

This was my first time seeing Dr. Gupta. I was extremely impressed with her kind bedside manner and patience. Her perfectly accurate summary notes were evidence of her ability and willingness to listen. I would see her again and recommend her without reservation.

It was my first time to see her ( my doctor was not available). She called me in person to explain the test results which were all normal to me. It shows she cares about me

I liked Dr. Gupta and she was very competent. I would have liked her to spend a little more time getting to know me though. When she came in, she immediately started going through standard questions and typing into the computer. I don’t feel like I have a personal connection with her at all.

I don't feel like she listened to my concerns. She gave me hopefully helpful prescriptions. But she forgot to send one of two to the pharmacy. She didn't give me a diagnosis. She told me I was really swollen but that's it. I went in for an injury because I am in A LOT of pain, hopefully, the meds will be helpful, but she referred me to physical therapy which I can't start because the pain is so much. And gave me exercises which I can't begin either. She never told me to rest or continue to ice and not lift (which I can’t do). And I HAVE to rest because of the pain. And told me to follow up in 6 weeks. No x-ray (even thought I don't think I broke anything) it would have been nice if she offered because that is always what happens when you have pain in a joint. Also, no referral to an ortho for further issues. Besides getting the meds, it was a pointless appt. I can self-diagnose better and seem to know what the course of action should be.

While in the office, she provided really good care. She provided a very careful exam of my son. However, recommended OTC medications were not written down for us, so we needed to message her to get the recommendation again. It also took several communications to obtain a correct return to school note because she did not realize that his test results were already covered.
