Dr. Gupta did not seem very vested or interested in what was going on with me; not very empathetic or concerned. As someone who provides healthcare, I would have expected her to show some true concern and care.

Dr Gupta was extremely personable and very much put me at ease. She had already read my chart and knew all of my medical history. She listened and formulated a plan for my concerns. I shave already recommended her to my daughters.

I felt invalidated. The word 'cold' was used to describe my current illness. I have bone/joint/muscle aches. I've had a fever, sinus pressure, drilling pain in my ears and head, angioedema, shortness of breath from walking, continued urticaria, continued angioedema, weight gain despite lower food intake, congestion, and cough with blood in it. I've had plenty of colds. This isn't just a cold. My neck is bigger and my body is swollen, despite the fact that I was told it wasn't the case. I brought pictures. She didn't want to see them.I am appreciative of the doctor's note though, and Dr. Gupta was very sweet. I've just been dealing with complications that aren't me for 6+ weeks, and I hate feeling dismissed. This isn't normal for my body and the additional medications recommended aren't helping.
