Dr. McLain is kind, understanding, and compassionate. She invites questions and is wiling to advise exercise and/or alternative medical care. While it takes a while to actually see her for the appointment, it's worthwhile because she's willing to give her patients as much time as they need. I appreciate that, so I don't mind waiting.

Dr. McLain is very professional and knowledgeable, easy to talk to, answers all questions, and never hurries through an office visit. She also has a very capable and friendly staff.

Dr. McLain is a great doctor: knowledgeable, attentive, caring. The only problem is that making an appointment for an annual checkup takes several months of wait time. Other doctors at the practice are available, but I prefer Dr. McLain. Maybe this is a temporary problem due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
