Dr. McLain is compassionate and thorough. She takes times to listen to get an accurate assessment of the issues. I appreciate the excellent care she has provide my family for many years. I have recommended several friends to her practice.

On the plus side, she has managed to get me to quit smoking (4 years) and lose weight. On the minus side, I don't feel like she knows me as a person and holds me to a standard vs. me, only better. I guess it is never fun to see a doctor as you get older.

Dr. McLain never rushes me and gives me a through exam, I feel very comfortable talking to her and discussing any issues I may have.

I would give Dr. McLain a million recommendations if I could! She has the best bed side manner, incredibly smart and kind. I am so thankful to have her as my physician.

She is very good doctor and is in high demand because of it. The only thing I don’t like is because she is so good you have to wait months to see her

Dr. Monika McClain is an attentive listener and caring physician. She is unique because she is able to coach her patient toward a healthier lifestyle. She is excellent at explaining test results and a plan of action for the patient to act upon. These attributes foster confidence and encourage better health.

Dr McLain was very friendly, caring, thorough, asked a lot of questions & listened & patiently answered all of my questions. She never made me feel rushed.

Dr. Monika McLain is an exceptional internal medicine doctor who really cares about the well being of her patients. I have asthma which is a really tough chronic disease to deal with. Having had a recent asthma flare-up is always hard to determine cause of flare-up. Dr. McLain figured out reason for flare-up better than I did. Dr. McLain also devised a treatment plan to help get my asthma back under control. Dr. McLain spent quality time talking to me about treatment plan and asking for my input also. Dr. McLain is so extremely intelligent. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Monika McLain to anyone needing to have an internal medicine physician who is simply the best.
