Dr. Puzio-Bell has excellent patient communication skills and is knowledgeable about all topics we needed to discuss. Her manner is down to earth and accommodating while maintaining a professional demeanor. I have confidence in her care and was glad to hear that she is part of the Northwestern Palos Hospital team.
