Dr. Puzzio-Bell is always extremely knowledgeable and prepared. She spent time to discuss all my health concerns, and found proper meds to speed recovery. Showed true concern and compassion. I am so grateful to be in her care.

Dr. Puzio-Bell is amazing. She is my primary care doctor (Bev Pauly) and my mother’s (Arlene Lippe). The most important thing i believe is that she is thorough with her medical explanations and takes her time to ensure that we understand what is being said. Never have we felt rushed. Always accommodates my request for a visit when needed.

It was obvious that Dr. Puzio-Bell had requested her nurse to clarify the currrent medications being administered by personnel at a continuing care faciltiy where the patient lived. The patient had not been seen by Dr. Puzio-Bell since last August and that lapse of time was due to several hospitalizations and her reluctance to see her doctor due to digestive tract issues. She is 92 years of age. During the most recent visit, it was very obvious that Dr. Puzio-Bell had checked the patient's file and was attempting to gently assess and assist the patient regarding diet, advance directives and her general well-being. The Dr. gently approached the issue of the patient coming for check-ups more frequently (every 3 months) in order to help her avoid so many hospitalizations. Dr. Puzio-Bell was gentle and direct regarding medical issues.

I would have to say she spent a lot of time talking to me during my visit, even when she said it was a busy day. Usually doctors don’t seem to spend much time in the room with patients and she made sure I had everything set. She also seemed to care about my health.

I specifically came in for one procedure which the dr couldn’t do and was asked to go to another dr. I also was asked to buy an $11.00 product to do the procedure myself prior to her work.

I wanted to continue my primary care with Dr. Puzio-Bell at NM. I was happy to be accommodated with an urgent care visit within a reasonable time. Dr. Is caring and friendly. I never feel rushed and can discuss any concerns. I feel comfortable and trust her professionalism.
