Dr. Pipitone thoroughly explained all my options and how and why she was performing each step all in a relaxing and calming voice. I do feel that something more than Tylenol or ibuprofen for pain could have been offered the first night after surgery. I did not sleep that night.

Dr Pipitone's customer care talents are excellent. She described the entire surgery procedure, and invited questions for clarification. Having just removed the bandages, I am impressed with her masterful surgery skills and wound closure. Her assistant, Jess, was equally professional throughout the entire visit, answering questions and providing complete details when asked.
