At each visit Dr. Melody Derrick evidences a thorough understanding of my health. She coordinates with NM cardiologists to monitor my heart disease. Because of Dr. Derrick and her attentive care, my other problematic medical conditions (hypothyroidism, diabetes) are controlled. Dr. Derrick is proficient, professional, and empathetic. In addition to medical treatment, Dr. Derrick exhibits compassionate interest in my life and shares details from her own.

De. Derrick is absolutely one of the very best doctors I have ever had in my entire life! She is so caring, so kind, and most importantly listens and reacts to what I say. She is an excellent diagnostician and offers sound medical advice. She is the doctor everyone in America should be lucky enough to have! I feel blessed to have found her.

She shares in the good things like a lower A1C, a good BP score, weight loss and encourages me. She tells me of vaccines that would be beneficial for me due to underlying conditions and she listens to my concerns.
