I use Starkey hearing aids--not a hearing device that is readily available at Northwestern. Dr. Patel took the time to find the correct program within the Northwestern database. She updated my aids, saved the settings and ran tests to be sure everything was working properly. She never rushed the appointment and encouraged me to contact NW with any questions or concerns.
