I was unfortunately in the 'tell them nothing' group, but AFTER the frustrating 'study' ended, the audiologist was informative, helpful, patient and knowledgable!

It was my first time buying a hearing aid and she took her time explaining and answering my questions about the different types of hearing aids and which one that would work for me the best.She made me feel comfortable even though I told her I was skeptical about buying a hearing aid.She did a great job!
