Malini is great. She listened to my concerns carefully, took time to explain things and answer my questions, was caring and kind, and is knowledgeable. I will definitely continue seeing her as needed.

As stated above she is very knowledgeable and caring. Not rushed and you feel comfortable asking any questions. Would not like anyone else to be the one to care for us.

Malini was very amiable and was detailed and helpful with presenting my hearing aid options. I was taking notes and asking a lot of questions but she didn't rush me at all saying that she was there for however long I needed to get my questions answered even though I think I was the last appointment of the day.
