Dr. Lu is very smart, pleasant and explained everything very well. He listened and answered all of my questions which is great since when making an appointment patients are lead to believe that you can only address one concern at a time and if you have more than one concern you have to make a new appointment which causes you to have to search outside of NM. Dr. Lu also removed a few skin tags and did an outstanding job. Overall he seems like a great guy and I am thankful for his professionalism and dedication.

Dr. Chen could have had better bedside manner. I felt as though the visit was rushed, and when I asked him questions on product recommendations or asked about my skin care routine, he briefly answered but kept referring me to his notes that he would have in the end of visit report. I also felt as though he did not ask me enough questions about the problem I was having.

He is great. He made me feel at ease. He seemed rushed at the end as he addressed my issues with acne, though to be fair, we mostly addressed more things that were worrying me.
