I'm a patient of Dr [ ], but had to see Dr Lu Chen this time, and found him to be conscientious, careful, and unhurried. He was backed up over 90 minutes, but when I got in after 4:30 for my 3pm appointment, he was apologetic but unhurried, really took his time with my examination, and was excellent in general. I was fortunate not to have been in a hurry at all, but even so, at least he acknowledged that things had been extraordinarily busy and didn't act like I owed it to him to be submissive. I thought he was great.

Dr Chen is meticulous and complete in his work. He is also a pleasant person, who takes plenty of time to share detailed information that can be helpful to the patient in identifying future problematic areas.

Dr. Chen is the man. Even though he’s very busy, he respects patients enough to answer questions that probably seem stupid to a practitioner but come from a place of genuine curiosity on the part of the patient. Will continue to see him.
