Dr. Flaum is top notch. She takes time to really listen to me and answer questions thoroughly. With the last visit and some good news.. she squeezed my hand which meant so much and in my opinion was very caring. It’s this type of care that makes me confident and secure and continuing to recommend Northwestern/Prentice cancer care.
