Dr. Flaum was very compassionate and informative throughout our visit. I appreciated that she asked how I was doing post surgery and that she took time to answer all of my questions regarding a treatment plan. I also appreciated that she offered a tele-health option to discuss test results knowing that we live a couple hours from Northwestern Hospital. She has wonderful bedside manner and I am so grateful to be under her care.
