During my visit she performed a ``cleaning'' procedure on my inner eyelids and sent an RX to my pharmacy. I left her office believing that the first step had been taken in providing me with relief. She assured me that I could call her if additional steps had to be taken. I've always been pleased with the medical services I have received from Northwestern Hospital.
