Jennifer performed a bone biopsy on me weeks ago. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. As the procedure began, she informed me about what she was doing every step of the way. She was very calming and compassionate. I dreaded having the bone biopsy but Jennifer made the procedure very tolerable. She is a wonderful person and a great asset to NW Hematology/Oncology Department.
