Jennifer is always willing to listen and help resolve any of my concerns. She is very informative and knowledgeable about medical conditions, health issues, and treatments regarding CLL. Jennifer performed a bone biopsy on me weeks ago. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. As the procedure began, she informed me about what she was doing every step of the way. She was very calming and compassionate. I dreaded having the bone biopsy but Jennifer made the procedure very tolerable. She is a wonderful person and a great asset to NW Hematology/Oncology Department.

It was the first time I met Dr. Mugisha and to say the least I was impressed. He is kind and gentle and thorough and he truly knows cardiology but he explained everything to me in a way I understood. He told me one of the reasons he became a cardiologist is because he likes people and wanted to have interaction with his patients and the way he treated me was proof of that.
