Dr. Hassan was amazing. She was patient, kind and reassuring. Communicated effectively, explained everything that was happening, and how she came to her conclusions or prognosis. Most of all she interacted with me as a caring person treating me with total respect. She listened to my concerns and addressed each one. Couldn’t ask for a better caregiver or doctor. She should be the example that Northwestern showcases when they want to promote why they’re ranked number 1 in health care and service.
