Dr. Yoo has an amazing bed side manner and her professionalism shines from the moment she walks in the room. She was thoughtful and patient, her confidence and expertise made me feel safe, that I was in the right place and in the hands of quality care. I felt safe and less overwhelmed with what to expect as next steps, risks, treatment plan, diagnosis, aftercare, and how she works. The level of professionalism was above and beyond what I had expected.
