She is the BEST! She is definitely an asset to Dr N [ ] team. She listened and showed empathy. She was kind and informative. She was happy to offer MyChart assistance and accomodate us knowing we have a long commute to be able to be a part of the NWM family. She deserves 5 STARS and then some. We wish we could do something to extend our full gratitude for Lola, Dr [ ] and his team. We are so Blessed and dont take it for granted.
