Listened to my concerns and symptoms intently and asked multiple questions (fact finding)…felt informational material was best prognosis as opposed to prescribing additional medication for newer symptom and referred me to specific publication (book) to read as reference. I appreciate the fact that she reviewed my feedback and advised reading material as opposed to just prescribing another pill… this tells me she was listening and weighing my best option. 👍
