She was awesome . As explained previously , Lauren listened to my questions and explained my diagnosis in non clinical terms. I didn't feel rushed or hurried during my meeting with her and she moved up my appointment time since I was early . Much appreciated.

Lauren goes out of her way to return my phone calls promptly. She also does the same whenever I ask a question on My Chart. No question is too trivial. I feel as if I have an advocate in my back pocket. She’s always there for me.
