Lauren is well trained and integrates with the rest of the neurosurgical team. She has excellent listening skills and doesn’t rush the visit. She gives me information appropriate to my own educational level, and involves me in decision making. She is friendly and empathetic.

I have been seeing Lauren for years. She is a great APN that takes great care of her patients and answers questions in great detail..she makes sure her patients are taken care of for follow up appointments and continuity of care.

I have been very pleased with the care given by nurse Lauren. Nurse Lauren has been very kind and helpful. NWM nurses are by far some of the most caring people I have ever seen. They go above and beyond to help you in anyway they can.

Lauren goes out of her way to treat you as an individual, and she always has time for you. She has called me back numerous times and I feel that no question is too silly to ask her. She always answers me in a timely manner. She’s a wonderful asset to that office!
