Dr. Spinelli made sure I was happy with my hearing aides before I left and I never felt rushed. Also her assistants are just as kind and professional. Dr. Spinelli was kind enough to squeeze me in due to a confusion on my part for an appointment.

I have enjoyed working with Dr. Spinelli very much. She is knowledgeable and excellent at diagnosing and solving any problems with my hearing aids. She is considerate and listens attentively. I think she is very patient oriented and wants to ensure that I am receiving the best possible benefit from my hearing aids.
