Dr. Spinelli greeted me right on time and was very kind as I was anxious to find out my hearing values. She explained in detail what to expect during my hearing test and took time to explain my results and what my next steps should be.

She took her time with me and when I did not like what I was hearing, took the care to adjust my hearing aids until I was comfortable. Was kind enough to offer to readjust by contacting her directly through mychart instead of waiting for another appointment.
