Dr. Napier took my concerns very seriously & responded with sincerity. Took time to explain both big picture and smaller details. Going in I was concerned staff & doctors would think I was being overly concerned about nothing. I felt a bit apprehensive about going in. Dr. Napier took my concerns & anxiety seriously & professionally and put me at ease. I was never made to feel awkward or dumb. Greatly appreciated!
