Primarily excellent care, professional and clear. Easy to get in as a walk-in. Dr. Napier was very efficient, explaining what I need to know immediately and for healthy self-care at home. She explained the levels of burn overall and the levels I have. She referred me back to my PCP, and told me of the Loyola and U Chicago Burn Centers, if my burns became worse and if I had deeper questions about my injury. She reviewed my after-visit summary with me. The AVS has a lot more substantial information than many I've received for other medical care. She asked me what questions I have and answered them, until I had no more questions.
