I would give Dr. Mueller and [ ] a 20 If the scoring went that high. Great bedside manner. My confidence was established the moment he walked in the door. Everything was explained. He is the only person I would see again.

It was difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Mueller, but I'm glad we persevered. I had researched him and others suggested by my pcp and he was my first choice. He explained things well, inspired confidence, and I'm happy with the results. I liked that he was UIC trained and had done his residency at Northwestern, because I know both of these teaching and research hospitals well and respect both.

The first time I met him, he did an amazing job explaining the details about my surgery. However, I never saw him after the surgery to share how the surgery went. He definitely can do better at checking at his patients after they come back from surgery. I was very anxious and nervous about this procedure and it would’ve make me feel better to hear that the surgery went well from the him. During the post appointment, he heard my concerns and I hope this can be improved for patients that come to his office in the future.
