I’m sure the medical care is adequate & thorough, but there was no attempt at rapport building with me as a new patient.

It was my first visit with Dr. Lee, she was caring, kind and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and concerns.

Primarily because I don’t really recommend doctors to people. But also, doctor used a lot of technical language that was hard to understand, and seemed to be in a real rush to complete the appointment. Felt like I only had a small part of her attention when she was in the room, like I was barely needed for the appointment (if that make sense).

She was nice but it was frustrating that she was just going through a very rehearsed explanation of warts and their treatments and procedure for skin tags. Basically like she just prescribes everyone the same cream and tells them they have to make another appt to get the skin tags removed. Again, all could have been relayed over the phone or in a virtual appt.

I cannot remember the last time I felt a doctor could not have cared less to know or learn about me. Will absolutely never return.

She listened to my concerns, especially me requesting no males in the room. I normally do not mind a resident or male nurse in exam room, but not this time. She was quick and gentle taking my biopsy.
