Way too fast on full body check. Very limited in comparing last years size and locations of significant moles. Very condescending

I am a new patient of hers, and told her what worked in the past and what didn't in treating my condition. She prescribed one of my past medications with information on reactions I needed to watch out for. None of my prior dermatologists did so with such clarity.

She does not appear thorough in evaluation. She talks more than she listens to patients, and appeared rushed.

I was having a much better acne day than normal, so when I came in I was not as flared up. However, there were still plenty of scarring and texture problems in addition to the acne I came in for. It seemed like because my acne was not so bad JUST on that particular day, Dr. Lee was more dismissive of the problem. She was in the room less than 5 minutes. No examination was done, no questions about hormones/ last period (even when I specifically noted that I struggled with fungal, bacterial, and hormonal acne). She was very aloof and unhelpful. If the rule is that you can only discuss one issue per visit, you’d think the doctor would actually take time to make sure they really investigate the single issue. The whole visit was less than 15 minutes long- nurse intake included. It was a waste of my time, energy, and money as no new information or opinions were offered. Now days later, my acne is flared up and painful again and I’m left looking for a new dermatologist office to offer me ACTUAL solutions.

I found the physician to be super hurried . She was more concerned about her communication with her scribe Vs actually listening to me . Even when I spoke I felt like she was hurried / barely listening / just going through the motions. Just barking do you have any questions a couple times When clearly you don’t want to hear it is NOT good patient care . I clearly had a rash on both arms and in my face and she did not even notice though she did a full body scan. I had to call it out to her and even then she offered nothing helpful and gave me a prescription . Did not address what I should do about the rash on my face .
