Kimberly lights up a room when she smiles, which helped me feel at ease. She worked efficiently and help make me comfortable, and distracted me while she the necessary follow up things that made me anxious. She is kind, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and personable.

I was panicking about getting my drains taken out. Kim was great in helping me get through it. Prescribed some pain meds to help with my anxiety and talked me through it well on the day of.
