From an offhand comment I made about my calf cramping, she referred me for an ultrasound, which caught blood clots that could have caused a stroke. No hesitation saying she saved my life, because despite my stroke history blood clots weren't even on my radar.

She is amazing. She is really kind and helped me so much the day of the surgery and during my post-op to answer questions, make me feel less anxious and have a great experience throughout the whole process

Life changing event for me since surgery was on my face but she made sure that my eyes were covered, that I was numbed and made the stitches very small and even got me thinner thread, she asked if I was ok multiple times during the surgery and I believe scarring is going to be minimal because she did such a great job with the stitches, great care!

Kim was friendly to start, but I felt the appointment was rushed and I wasn't listened to. When I arrived, I shared that I was sent to the wrong office/pavilion and was winded from the long walk only 1 week post op. I tried asking about aftercare before we got started and shared that I don't do well with blood/needles, but was informed I would get instructions after getting drains out. I really would've appreciated written instruction or to be told ahead of the procedure because I became nauseous and barely remembered anything she said. I just wanted to leave.
