Dr. Hayes has an excellent bedside manner. He actually seems to care about me and my overall health plus he is very patient with me and never never rushes me. In fact he explains things in detail and always takes plenty of time with me.

Dr. Hayes takes all questions seriously and is very helpful at providing practical guidance for tests or labs. He always makes sure my visits are thorough and well documented (the summaries are nice to have).

He has been my doctor for quite a few years through many challenges in my life , with my health , and I have seen good results not only in his performance as my doctor in guiding me , But in myself being proactive in my own healthcare.

Though I would recommend him, but sometimes it is hard to get an appointment because he is so busy! A sign of a good doctor! Whenever I have had an appointment he is always patient and listens to all my concerns. I never feel rushed or unheard. Has always given me good advice.
