Dr.Hayes is not my regular Primary Docter,I seen him because Dr. [ ] is out Indefinitely. He was professional and nice and explained my health issues very well.

Listens to my concerns and helps me to identify treatment and options and priority. Currently allows me to feel in control while acknowledging errors that I make (I.e. stating that pharmacy is on Michigan Ave…when it is actually on Milwaukee Ave.). (Happening too often ):
